At the family business Saanenhof cheese making is poured in with a spoon, although porridge based on their own organic goat's milk.The milk is processed directly as it comes from our goats: raw milks. We do the processing in a sustainable way on the farm itself. Our milk is processed fresh daily into cheeses. We make Gouda cheeses from our morning milk and soft cheeses from the evening milk.
